OVERNIGHT PACKAGE COST: $550 Per couple inclusive of tax and gratuity (double occupancy, standard king or double queen room) Upgrades available – see reservation form. Overnight NYE Room Package includes your standard king or double queen guest room, tickets to the event with all entertainment, open bar and event menu included.
PARTY ONLY TICKET COST: $225 per person inclusive of tax and gratuity. 4 hours of non stop fun, food, open bar and entertainment! (Yes, you may purchase more than one ticket at a time, however we require ALL guest names to be included in your reservation form).
A LA CARTE OVERNIGHT ROOMS (based upon availability) AT A LATER DATE w/ PARTY ONLY TICKET: A limited number of overnight guest rooms may be available if you decide to add an overnight room at a later date after you've already purchased a Party Only ticket. This event includes four hours of: Open Bar, including mixed drinks, beer, wine, champagne and a surprise signature drink, dinner stations, dessert and after midnight snacks - including hors d’eouvres, displays, small plates and Chef manned stations.
The entire event will take place throughout the first floor of the hotel, allowing guests to walk throughout to enjoy all of the entertainment, open bars and event menu.

Unfortunately, for an event of this size we are unable to offer any packages or tickets without the bar price included. Soda, non-alcoholic soft drinks, mocktails, non alcoholic beer, iced tea, lemonade, coffee & tea will be offered at the event if you do not wish to drink alcohol.
Yes, our hotel offers a limited number of ADA compliant guest rooms with either single king or double queen beds. Each ADA compliant room is wheelchair accessible with visual smoke detectors and features bathroom grab bars, raised toilets, and optional roll-in showers with fold down seating. ADA compliant rooms are based on availability. To purchase a handicap package, please contact our dedicated reservationists at reservations@desmondgv.com to confirm the room type you are looking for and the availability.
Once a purchase is complete no exchange, refunds or cancellations can be made.
Based only on availability, we'll be offering a discounted "add on" overnight guest room for those deciding at a later date to book a room in conjunction with your party only ticket. That discount is $149.00 for a couple plus 11% tax. If you decide you do want a room, please email ColleenO@desmondgv.com or Tyroneleach@desmondgv.com to receive your online booking link to make sure you get your special rate. (This rate is reserved for PARTY ONLY ticket holders and your reservation will need to be verified before receiving your special booking link). Please take note that overnight guest rooms are limited and will only be available until we are sold out.
Our ballroom and pre-function area will be closed for the entire day until 9PM when the event begins. We ask that you please observe all of the Closed Areas and Do Not Enter signs throughout the hotel. Entertainment, food and beverage service will not begin until 9PM. However, you are welcome to relax in the Fox & Hounds Pub prior to the event start, where beverages are available to purchase.

Please see our full New Year’s Eve menu available on our event web page. Food will be available throughout the entire event via Chef-manned stations, displays and butlered items. Separate bars will be located in the ballroom & Fox and Hounds pub. Our open bars for the evening will contain beers, wines, mixed drinks, champagne, a special signature drink plus a champagne toast at midnight. Soda, water, coffee, non-alcoholic beer, mocktails, iced tea and lemonade will also be offered at the event if you do not wish to drink alcohol.
We take food allergies very seriously and make every effort to produce a menu that can be enjoyed by everyone. For an event of this magnitude however, we recommend that any guests with dietary restrictions carefully review the menu and labeled items and plan ahead accordingly. Due to the number of guests attending, we cannot guarantee that the menu meets any strict dietary needs such as nut-free or gluten-free or that any food item is free from cross-contamination. (We are happy to prepare a special meal in the back of the house for you, please though, call ahead)
Groups of less than 10 will be seated with other guests. We do encourage tables of 10 to be able to reserve an entire table. We ask that you indicate on your reservation form, the other guests that you wish to be seated with. (ALL in attendance must register for the event.) If an overnight package is purchased, each couple must register and fill out a form for each room purchased: For instance, one guest cannot purchase 5 overnight guest room packages). However, you may purchase more than one PARTY ONLY ticket, you just have to let us know in the form all of your guests names. Those guests will have to show valid ID at the door. (You cannot check in for your other guests, they must check in themselves).
You will have an assigned seat available from 9PM – 1AM. Even though this event does not contain a plated, sit-down dinner, food will be available via Chef-manned stations, displays and butlered items throughout the evening. This enables our guests to walk throughout the event to enjoy the games, band, and other entertainment, but have a seat to come back to throughout the night if that is their desire. (Additional seating will be available in our evening 'jazz lounge' - The Fork & Bottle - if you prefer a quieter atmosphere)

New Year’s Eve is a special event with a special rate and is therefore not eligible for earning points in the Hilton Honors or Restaurant Rewards loyalty program.
This is a 21 and older event, proof of identity and age will need to be provided in order to gain entrance. We reserve the right to deny entrance to anyone we feel is under-age. Each individual person attending must show their own valid photo ID in order to receive your event identification and gain entrance.
There will be no physical tickets for the event. At the event’s registration desk in the hotel lobby, you will need to check in and provide your name and valid photo ID. You will then receive your wrist band. All guests must be registered and show valid photo ID at our event registration desk in order to receive their entrance id. The id must be worn all night.
If you purchased an overnight guest room package, guest room check-in begins at 3pm at the Front Desk. You will need to register again at the Event’s Registration desk to receive your entrance i.d. (Desk opens at 7:30 PM)
Event Registration will be located in our front lobby. The event desk will open at 7:30 PM on December 31.
Check-out has been extended until 2:00 PM on January 1st.
After making your purchase, you will receive an email immediately with your purchase receipt. You will then receive a separate email within 48 business hours of purchase with your hotel confirmation including your reservation number.
The Fork & Bottle Restaurant will open for breakfast on Wed., January 1st, beginning at 7:00 AM, and our Lobby Market is open 24-hours with a variety of grab and go snack options. Complimentary hot coffee is offered in the morning.
After check-in at 3PM, you are welcome to enjoy the pool and fitness center prior to the event start.
The Fox & Hounds Pub will be open at 11AM and dinner reservations in Fork & Bottle Restaurant will open at 5 PM. (A la carte NYE dinner is at an additional charge).

The Flamin’ Caucasians will be located in the ballroom on the first floor beginning at 9PM until 1AM. The Gardyn Jazz Band will be in our Fork & Bottle Restaurant from 9PM – 1AM. Full House Casino will be in our first floor lobby and surrounding areas. You will be provided with a schedule the night of the party that lists the entertainment times and locations. KooKoo the Magician will be roaming throughout the night.
Smoking/vaping is allowed outside each of our entrances, we ask that you please use the provided containers when disposing of your cigarettes. The Desmond is an entirely non-smoking hotel, therefore smoking/vaping is not allowed in your guestroom or anywhere else inside the hotel property. Anyone seen smoking/vaping at the event will be asked to go outdoors. Smoking/vaping in a guest room will incur a minimum $250 cleaning fee.
Complimentary parking will be available in our hotel parking lot. Please enter through the front lobby entrance first when you arrive to check in at the Event Registration Desk.
We are unable to offer valet services at this time. Coat check will be available near the Event Registration Desk.
