Complete Meeting Package (CMP)

The Desmond CMP is designed to include the common costs associated with your extended meeting or a meeting that requires overnight guest rooms. Our Complete Meeting Package includes:

• A full breakfast buffet for your attendees. (see Conference Center Meals)
• Planning assistance from an experienced Conference Manager.
• IACC approved general session meeting rooms with proper lighting and acoustics, conference tables and ergonomic chairs, temperature controlled meeting rooms, audiovisual capabilities, water service, pads, pencils and candy.
• Conference/Business Services Desk and staff providing a full range of administrative services.
• Open Lounge area with AM and PM refreshment breaks. Continuous beverage service. (see Conference Center Meals)
• Extensive Audio Visual Package.
• Spacious guest rooms with complimentary high speed internet access, 2 telephone lines, remote control cable televisions, and access to a variety of other hotel services.
• Conference Center buffet lunch. (see Conference Center Meals)

Conference Day Fee (CDF)

The Desmond CDF is designed to include the common costs associated you're your day meeting. Our Conference Day Fee includes:

• Planning assistance from an experienced Conference Manager.
• IACC approved general session meeting rooms with proper lighting and acoustics, temperature controlled meeting rooms, conference tables and ergonomic chairs, audiovisual capabilities, water service, pads, pencils and candy.
• Conference/Business Services Desk and staff providing a full range of administrative services.
